A sensual, modern, fresh and exciting ghost story set in Edinburgh that explores the nature of love. Michael, an astronomer, is on the brink of new discovery, which he believes will explain what connects the irreversible and unavoidable consequences of fate in the universe. When a chance encounter brings him into contact with the mysterious Caroline, a French photographer, an all-consuming love affair follows. But as the relationship becomes more intense and intimate, a series of events start to make Michael doubt what is going on around him, so he tries to understand what is real and what is not. What happens to a relationship when love becomes an obsession? What happens when you love someone so deeply that when they die you refuse to give them up?
